Buddy Peace

Good Grief
Gluestick Acoustics 2003

One of the few out there who know to keep a hip-hop mixtape entertaining, Buddy Peace is a star amongst bootleggers/remixers. Some like the NY-style mixes of Tony Touch; Cookshop goes for pasty bearded British dudes who look like they should be mowing lawns to buy records (except Buddy has a certain afinity for broke beats and MF Doom). This is just another in the Gluestick Acoustic series and he claims to have made it using only a Yamaha sampler, adding the accapellas afterwards. For all hip-hop lovers, this is something you really gonna enjoy. "If your soul loves the sun/ Money rock on".
