Aavikko from Finland. One should definitely check these fellows out. Subtitle says "selected non-album material 1995-2003". This is before they traded their old keyboards in favour of new equipment (which they refuse to speak about) to get a more polished sound. This is dirty, lo-fi, crazy synth-driven semi-psychedelic instrumental rock in the spirit of 60's spaghetti westerns. I can also sense a rather Slavic influence to their sound — like a rougher version of Messer Chumps. In a word, it's good fun.
