"An exercise in minimalism, Amina are collaborators with Sigur Ros and share many a characteristic, though on a more organic tip. Across four tracks, a xylophone is barely touched, a harp lightly brushed and what sounds like a mandolin lightly strummed; it's all unmistakably Icelandic, utterly unruffled by the musical climate outside their glacial isle. This EP will only be the start, as Amina have planned a full length album and a full tour of Europe with Sigur Ros".
