Latest release by Devin Sarno, on Banned Production. In the works since 2004, this 15-minute ensemble recording features: Vincent Gallo, Bobb Bruno, Nels Cline and Joseph Hammer. As an exercise, FDFS was constructed from independent tracks all recorded at differing times over the course of a 2 year period. No guest musician was able to reference any previous recordings and were simply given loose guidance to aid in their contributions. Housed in a 3.5" square cardboard box (with 4 page mini booklet) limited edition/hand assembled 3-inch CD release. -p.r.

What a good job of assembling (ensembling?); a lesson in restraint to balance Mueller's discharge. It would've been nice to have more of a taste...
