An album from Sweden on a little Danish label. Its title would translate as "Breaking the Silence" but gosh, I'm kind of lost for words here - this proves so difficult to review. The music, the sound quality, the difference in structure, the power of the tracks... There's some pretty neat drum patterns to start with, but what grab me most are the abstract songs, with snatches of strings and pianos, reed organs and what have you. Makes it really bold and full. And charming, and so human indeed; takes me back to when I've first heard Yesterday Was Dramatic, Today Is OK. A very warming disc which I imagine being cooked up mainly at night, on a very cold and darkish Swedish winter.

Just a heartfelt and hardy "thank you" for hours of listening pleasure--your efforts are truly appreciated (especially on this side of the pond in the U.S., where it takes weeks for some new releases to emerge).
