It should be significant that Richard Skelton has chosen There Is No Cure as a first title for Sustain-Release - his own imprint dedicated in posthumous tribute to Louise Skelton (whose artwork, by the way, you can see above and on most Sustain-Release CDs so far). There's a purpose for the music to be mournful, surely, but in delicate, never too obvious ways. Again an instrumental electro-acoustic work - it spurns coldness, nor does it leave you very warm; the same kind of feel that stood out from A Way Now. Complex, thoughtful, atmospheric, moody, and superb stuff from this wonderful musician, more than highly recommended. Them pretentious post-rock wankers could well learn a trick or two.

Thank you for all the amazing and unusual variety!
I would never have known about any of these...
Do you have any requests, something you can't find?
Cheers,
Chi'Ta
actually, i can't find the two Carousell releases on the Sustain-Release label. given that there's not more than 50, respectively 9 copies made, i won't find them very soon either :)
